AI design concept. Shared across sizes. Hardware and fit geometry are not finalized.
Designed to be repaired
Replace a connection, keep the frame. Printable parts are central to the plan.
Made to adjust
Proposed height, width and length adjustment. Fit envelopes still require testing.
Designed around active lives
All-terrain readiness is a development goal. Grass, pavement, firm trails and light gravel need stability, rollover and durability tests before we claim support. Your dog's activity plan belongs with their care professional.
Rear-support mobility, rethought.

What is planned in the complete kit?
Printable connectors, metal rails, two wheels, axles, hardware, a front harness, padded rear support and fitting instructions. Contents may change after testing.
Can I print it at home?
A maker kit and versioned files are planned after validation. There are no approved printable files yet. Home prints will need material, process and batch checks.
Could it have adjustable suspension?
We are researching wheel suspension for outdoor comfort and separately controlled body support for professionally managed rehabilitation. These are research concepts, not available features. Spring stiffness alone does not set a safe training load.
My dog needs support now. What should I do?
Ask a vet about a suitable available chair and supervised fitting. New or sudden loss of movement needs urgent veterinary assessment.
